WHO WE ARE

About The Studio

Our Story

Rooted in context, reaching for beauty.

Founded in 2012 by Sagar Parmar, ARTH Architects is an award-winning design studio specializing in luxury residential architecture, commercial landmarks, biophilic hospitality spaces, and detailed interiors.

Our design language is characterized by an uncompromising exploration of local context, climate, and craft, combined with international minimalist aesthetics. We select materials that age gracefully — raw board-formed concrete, hand-worked local sandstone, patinated copper, and local teakwood — creating spaces that grow richer with time.

Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we have delivered projects across western and northern India, collaborating closely with artisans and master builders to maintain execution quality at every stage.

Typically, a custom residential design project takes between 4 to 6 months for the architecture and interior schematics. Construction documentation and approvals take another 2 months. However, the timeline varies depending on the scale and complexity of the site.
Our fees are calculated either as a percentage of the total project construction cost (typically 6-10% depending on complexity) or as a fixed lump-sum contract based on defined deliverables. We establish all costs during the contract stage to ensure transparency.
Yes. While we do not act as building contractors (unless a Turnkey solution is signed), we conduct periodic site visits to ensure execution complies with our detailed architectural plans, material standards, and structural guidelines.
